LOCATION :VIGNESH SOFT INNOVATIONS PVT LTD Somajiguda lumbini rock DaleDiamond block 1st floor/beside EENADU office
Interview timing : 7:30pm4:00am
Roles & Responsibilities :
A qualified candidate must have min 1 years of experience in US Bench Sales Recruiter.
Must be well versed with US Tax terms like W2 Corp2Corp & 1099 etc.
Experience in working with OPT/CPT H1B & s.
Must have good understanding of US staffing business Bench sales and recruitment process.
SelfScreen the resumes of the consultants to understand the profile before marketing.
Sole responsibility for marketing IT Bench Consultants (H1B OPT and CPT) with vendors or Direct Client.
Maintain and grow the business from our existing and new client relationships to supplement our sales capabilities.
Regular interaction and followup with Bench consultants identifying their needs and placing them on projects in a timely manner
Should possess a vast network of Prime Vendor contacts Account Manager contacts Client Hiring manager contacts
Strong experience in Boolean queries and innovate search terms on commonly used job boards such as Dice Monster Career Builder etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Suggesting innovative ways to market and place candidates.
Must be a good team player and result driven.
Be specific when describing each of the responsibilities. Use genderneutral inclusive language. Example: Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production to ensure maximum usability Some qualifications you may want to include are Skills Education Experience or Certifications.
Example: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Salary : Based on your Previous CTC.
