Location: Marousi Greece
Working Model: OnSite
You will be reporting to: Product Manager
Responsibilities:
The purpose of this role is to improve efficiency and collaboration across functional teams by managing registrations overseeing salesrelated processes and handling critical data analysis. You will act as the bridge between legal sales finance and product management departments by ensuring smooth communication accurate reporting and alignment with business objectives.
More Specifically:
- Ensures that all contracts are properly recorded and accessible in the legal system.
- Facilitates collaboration between legal and sales teams to review and finalize contracts.
- Accurately updates partner terms and conditions into the ERP system for tracking and analysis.
- Coordinates with the finance team to ensure that the terms and conditions are aligned with their policies.
- Monitors the status of pending contracts.
- Analyses market data from GFK on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Supports the preparation of presentation materials for sales meeting with partners.
- Gathers and analyses data related to pre orders of new product launches.
- Updates product spec sheets to be accurate.
- Assists in the preparation of internal department events and activities.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in mathematics statistics or business administration.
- 13 years of experience in reporting or sales support roles.
- Fluency in Greek and English language (both written and spoken).
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability in collaborating with different departments within an organization.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
