ServiceNow SAM - SSE

Position Description:

Minimum 57 years of experience in delivering ServiceNow implementations (coding testing implementing maintaining and supporting changes) in the application.
Minimum 2 year of experience in SAM Pro (Software Asset Management) lifecycle is a must.
Good Knowledge of ServiceNow ITAM/SAM/HAM module
Experience of Web Services APIs Databaselevel integrations
Experience with Web Technologies (XML HTML JavaScript Web Services etc) and working a SaaS environment Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP VPN SSL and other such technologies.
Good Knowledge of ServiceNow Core functionality
Strong customer service and excellent verbal/written communication
Excellent attention to details ability to multitask and effective time management skills
Understand full application lifecycle
ServiceNow Certifications: Certified ServiceNow System Administrator and CIS ITSM/Discovery
Good to have knowledge such as scripting in HTML JS webservices in ServiceNow will be added advantage.
