Role Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will play a pivotal role in identifying attracting and securing top talent for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and manage the endtoend recruitment process. This position is ideal for someone passionate about building relationships excelling in candidate sourcing and driving successful placements.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Collaboration:
- Engage with clients to understand their business needs company culture and specific role requirements.
- Provide market insights and talent acquisition strategies tailored to client goals.
- Candidate Sourcing:
- Leverage various platforms (job boards social media networking portals etc. to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future client needs.
- Screening and Selection:
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates skills experience and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and facilitate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Provide feedback to candidates and clients postinterview.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture relationships with candidates ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients maintaining open communication and addressing their recruitment challenges.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Prepare job descriptions advertisements and other recruitmentrelated materials.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Report on recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- Experience:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition recruitment or a related field.
- Experience working in a recruitment agency is an advantage.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Naukri and other job boards etc. and ATS platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- High level of professionalism and a resultsdriven mindset.
