Hiring for the PositionF&B controller Auditor with Leading Hospitality Industry
Location Pune Hadaspar
Job Title /Position Name: Executive
Department: Food and Beverages
Sub Department: Inventory Audit
Required Experience in Years (Min /Max): Minimum 1 year
Detailed Work Profile / Responsibilities
Perform cash stock and inventory audits
1. Knowledge on MS Office Excel PPP and other application
2. Conduct Inventory Audits: Perform regular and adhoc inventory audits to verify the accuracy of inventory records.
3. Discrepancy Resolution: Identify and investigate discrepancies between physical counts and inventory records determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
4. Report Generation: Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings discrepancies and recommendations for improvement.
5. Process Improvement: Collaborate with the warehouse procurement and finance teams to develop and implement process improvements that enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency.
6. Daily Wastage Verification Verify and record daily wastage to ensure accurate inventory levels. Investigate discrepancies between recorded and actual wastage.
7. Report findings and recommend corrective actions to reduce wastage.
8. Discount Check Review and verify all discounts applied to inventory items Ensure that all discounts are properly authorized and recorded. Identify and report any irregularities or unauthorized
discounts.
9. Stock Reconciliation Reconcile stock discrepancies by crossreferencing purchase orders delivery Memo and sales records. Identify causes of stock variances and implement corrective
measures.
10. Data Analysis: Analyse inventory data to identify trends patterns and areas for improvement.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
Educational Qualification: Graduate in any field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Skills Required:
* Basic knowledge of inventory management.
* Strong organizational and analytical skills.
* Knowledge of MS Office.
* Good communication and team collaboration skills.
* Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
