This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst to take ownership of endtoend technology solutions strategy for a leading asset management company.
Based in Cape Town (hybrid) this Senior Business Analyst role pays between R850KR920K PA.

THE ROLE
As Senior Business Analyst youll join the IT Solutions team where you will design and deliver endtoend solutions that support the businesss investment operations and strategic growth. Youll be responsible for solution design process optimisation and datadriven decisionmaking.
This includes gathering and defining business requirements developing functional and technical specifications analysing and testing systems and contributing to enhancements across key asset management systems. With a strong focus on data systems and process efficiency youll identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve how technology is leveraged.
A vital part of your role will be working handson with technical teams to enhance business applications and continuously implement improvements to ensure solutions align with business needs.
THE REQUIREMENTS
Financial degree/qualification or relevant industry experience
5 years experience as a business analyst
Proven project delivery experience
Strong relational database and data analysis skills
Financial services experience
