Job Description
The Houston office is seeking a mid to seniorlevel Associate with experience in Financing and/or M&A transactions to join the Energy and Infrastructure Projects group. The position offers a hybrid work model professional development opportunities and the chance to work on impactful projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support project finance acquisition and disposition transactions.
- Provide strategic legal advice on energy and infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate with clients and crossoffice teams to manage complex transactions.
- Draft and negotiate financing and M&A agreements.
Qualifications:
- J.D. with strong transactional experience in financing and/or M&A.
- Experience ideally in project finance or energy and infrastructure sectors.
- High level of academic achievement and strong legal research skills.
- Ability to manage client relationships and work effectively in a team setting.
