Our Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice together with Global M&A Advisory is part of Kroll Corporate Finance. The TAS practice offers our clients from the private equity and corporate world holistic advice throughout the entire transaction process from transaction initiation to closing.
We have an established and global TAS practice in the areas of Strategic Transformation & Operations Commercial Financial Tax and IT. We are now expanding our capabilities in Strategic Transformation & Operations particularly in the EMEA region. TASKS:
We are looking for bright and inquisitive minds who have experience and passion in the areas of strategic transformation and operations as well as transaction consulting especially for our offices in Frankfurt Munich Berlin and the cities of Cologne/Dsseldorf.
As Vice President you are responsible for among other things:
Leading project teams and managing corporate and private equity clients
Business development and acquisition of new customers including crossselling approaches
Supporting customers during the sales and spinoff phase to strategic investors and private equity firms (sellside)
Advice on takeovers e.g. development of integration strategies and definition of new business and operating models for the implementation of integration concepts (buyside)
Customer advice on company portfolios (buyandbuild strategies) and corporate transformation strategy with regard to market positioning customer growth digitalization and ESG
Identification quantification and realization of synergy potential (value creation)
Preparation of and participation in meetings for (top) management e.g. project meetings steering committees advisory boards and supervisory boards
Development and implementation of communication concepts for stakeholder management
Employee development of senior associates analysts and intern
REQUIREMENTS:
Several years of professional experience including at least 5 years in management or transaction consulting including taking on project management/leadership roles
Completed studies from a renowned institution (Bachelor Master PhD)
Strong sense of building corporate and business models and high interest in strategy transformation and operational topics (e.g. M&A business modeling value creation etc.
A wellfounded business network in the area of corporate/financial services/and private equity customers is an advantage
Structured and analytical thinking with the ability to identify understand explain and develop solutions to complex issues
Enthusiasm for interaction and communication on a national and international level and willingness to travel depending on the project situation
