Job Details:
5day workweek with 2 rotational weeks off
Locations: MaladAndheri ThaneChandivali and Navi Mumbai
Salary:Per month
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer interactions via phone email or chat
- Resolve customer issues and concerns
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide exceptional support
- Maintain a positive customer experience
- Collaborate with teams to resolve customerrelated concerns
