We are looking for an experienced Manager Travel & Operations to join our Travel team. Reporting to the Director Global Travel & Events youll be responsible for:
- Overseeing daily employee travel arrangements including flights hotels and transportation for various business activities
- Leading a global team of 25 across 3 shifts ensuring 24/7 coverage and rotating shifts every three months
- Ensuring costeffective travel compliance with company policies managing travel requests via ServiceNow and documentation in SharePoint
- Collaborating with the Director of Global and Events to improve employee travel experiences and support team development through training and moralebuilding
- Driving process improvements to enhance efficiency reduce risks and ensure adherence to procedures and timelines
What Were Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Master in Commerce Bachelor of Commerce Master In business Management
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Travel Hospitality Industry Tourism
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Manager in a reputed organization

- Ability to work with all levels of management
- Excellent managerial skill to maintain very comfortable environment within the team
