Job Description
$5000 signon bonus
Starting with 4 weeks of paid time off (prorated) plus 12 sick days and 9 holidays per year!

As a Crisis Intervention Specialist you will be providing risk assessment brief supportive counseling referral to resources and other identified supports to individuals and families experiencing a mental health crisis.

To be successful in this role you will have:
- A Bachelors degree in psychology social work or related field; Masters degree is preferred.
- Experience working with people of all ages in the mental health and/or substance use context.
- The ability to complete a mental status exam and suicide assessment on individuals in distress and make appropriate referrals for services.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external providers.
