Angott Search Group is pleased to partner withan established healthy and growing bank in Southeastern Michiganin their search for aCommercial Real Estate Lender.
This is an organization with an established and strong reputation that provides a diverse product offering to their commercial consumer and investment clients. This Commercial Real Estate Lenderis part of a specialized group that possesses great expertise and knowledge and provides commercial real estate loans to developers and investors. This person will assume a portfolio of approximately $100 million and 1520 relationships.
A qualified Commercial Real Estate Lenderwill have a comprehensive background entailing analyzing underwriting managing and cultivating commercial real estate loans that range from $120 million size. This is a group that can mentor someone with as little as five years of experience plus the depth and sophistication to support someone with 2030 years of experience.
This person will work in one of their offices located in either Oakland County Wayne County or Washtenaw County.
