Your opportunity
Are you ready to play a critical role in enhancing business operations and client satisfaction New Relic is seeking a Commercial Operations Analyst to join our Deal Management and Commercial Operations team. This position is essential in fostering positive customer relationships while navigating our shift to a consumption-based pricing model.


What youll do

  • Maintain strong relationships with customers skillfully managing disputes while balancing business objectives.
  • Consolidate and share customer feedback to drive enhancements in product offerings and operational processes.
  • Enforce adherence to New Relics policies and procedures ensuring consistent and reliable operations.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries providing exceptional service and support.
  • Effectively multitask and manage open cases ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Execute basic project management tasks such as planning tracking and reporting on smaller scale projects.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between teams for smooth project execution.



This role requires

  • Bachelors degree in Business Economics or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of customer service or related experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Basic project management skills to independently plan document and communicate project developments.
  • Proven ability to balance customer needs with business goals effectively.
