Manager Project Management

Job Summary: The company is looking to recruit an ambitious and energetic Project Manager who will help candi to lead the solar revolution. Given that candi is taking solar into a new realm with a new set of tools the role will require creativity innovation and a new way of thinking.
Specifically the job requires taking ownership of the following for the India team:
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans inline with companys strategic goals and objectives ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and meet quality & Safety standards.
- Lead and motivate crossfunctional project teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables fostering collaboration and teamwork.
- 24 years of experience as Project Manager in Open Access or Utility scale projects is a must.
- Clear understanding of state policies and related approvals.
- Proactively identify assess and mitigate project risks developing and implementing contingency plans to minimize potential impacts.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules using MS Project or similar tools tracking progress and communicating status updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with EPCs (Project Site Team SCM Design Solar CC QHSE Admin Evac etc. to ensure efficient project and resource allocation.
- Monitor project financials including budgeting cost control and financial reporting to maximize project profitability.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships managing expectations and delivering exceptional project outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety environmental and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness
Location: Bangalore & Gurgaon
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management or a related field with 812 years of overall working experience.
- PMP certification (preferred).
- Proven track record of successful project delivery in the solar energy industry.
- Strong understanding of solar project lifecycle from development to operations.
- Indepth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g. MS Project Primavera).
- Knowledge of Engineering/Design review of Rooftop/Ground mounted projects
- Excellent financial acumen and budgeting skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in project management software
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
