- Developing and improving processes and systems with a customerfirst approach.

Ideal Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in customer service leadership.
- Strong leadership communication and problemsolving skills.

- Experience with CRM OMS Excel GSuite and Airtable.
- Ability to manage mentor and motivate a team effectively.
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or equivalent experience.
