We are recruiting for an Engineering Lead in our new Cloud Enablement team to help drive delivering new cloud technologies and improving the way the Cloud team provides services to its consumers.

A bit about the job:
This role will sit within Hosting and Service Platforms reporting to the Cloud Enablement Lead. You will be working to build out a team of engineers to help our Cloud Platform consumers onboard quickly unlock new technologies utilise known patterns and blueprints & provide subject matter expertise across AWS Azure & Container platforms.
This is a fantastic opportunity that will provide you with the prospect to develop a team its ways of working and a roadmap with strong awareness of the needs of our developer community enterprise strategy and technology landscapes. Youll be at the forefront of delivering expertise IaC (Infrastructure as Code) & assurance to market development teams while also working with peers in the Cloud Platform teams to improve service & automation for the best developer experience possible.
Skills and experience were looking for:
Experienced in leading a technical team while remaining hands on delivering the best solution for our customers.
Proficient in delivering Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform for provisioning Ansible for configuration management Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps for endtoend automation.
Extensive experience with AWS/Azure services including Cloud architectural principles such as Well Architected frameworks.
Skilled in developing and enhancing cloud capabilities providing subject matter expertise and troubleshooting complex cloud infrastructure issues.
Fantastic stakeholder engagement youll be able to work with understand and translate complex challenges/requirements from customers into deliveries for your team.
