The Department of Languages Literatures & Cultures at The Citadel seeks applicants for adjunct faculty positions in Spanish for Spring 2025 and beyond. The Citadels goal is to build longterm relationships with highquality parttime faculty members who are committed to developing principled wellrounded leaders who appreciate the value of being culturally and linguistically proficient in world languages other than their own. Adjunct professors will teach basic and intermediate language courses.
This job posting is not for a specific assignment or for a fulltime faculty position but rather for a pool of candidates who may be considered.
Minimum Qualifications:
Preference is given to applicants who meet Scholarly Academic Practice Academic Scholarly Practitioner or Instructional Practitioner and are nativelike proficient in the language they desire to teach. Official transcripts indicating education level interview in the target language and a background check are required prior to employment.
