Job Description

Company Overview:

Our Client a Karachi based company seeks to appoint experienced professionals for the following role:

Key Responsibilities

  • Create modify and block SAP user IDs as per HR movement (joiners transfers exits)
  • Assign and maintain user roles using PFCG based on approved access requests
  • Analyze and troubleshoot basic authorization issues
  • Execute day-to-day provisioning of user access across ECC S/4HANA BI Fiori etc
  • Maintain HR structural authorizations in SAP HCM as per organizational hierarchy
  • Support functional teams in identifying second-level authorizations and resolving access issues
  • Assist in license tracking and user type classification for compliance with SAP licensing terms
  • Document security-related changes and follow defined procedures for audit readiness
  • Monitor system alerts or access failures and escalate issues as needed
  • Participate in regular clean-up activities (e.g. unused roles/users expired access)

Education

  • Minimum 16 years of education preferably Masters from a renowned and HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder preferably in IT Business or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 1-2 years of related functional experience in a similar role.

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of SAP security operations
  • Hands-on experience in working with SAP Functional Consultants to analyze define and implement second-level authorizations ensuring effective data control
  • Familiarity with internal audit procedures and ability to implement recommended security controls or changes based on audit findings and business unit feedback
  • High level of accuracy and diligence in managing sensitive user access and compliance data

Age

  • The candidate should be preferably not more than 33 years of age as of the last date of submission of application.
