About the role
We are seeking a Sales Support Officer to join our Coffs Harbour team on a permanent fulltime basis. Joining a closeknit and diverse team providing livestock & wool agronomy insurance and rural products advice to the local community you will play an integral role in the branchs operations as the first point of contact for our clients engaging with Elders.
This is a varied role that will see you supporting an enthusiastic team through the endtoend sales process including processing customer orders issuing invoices process banking and reconciling accounts. With the backing of the Elders network you will be provided with the tools necessary and supported to learn and grow your career.
Responsibilities
As a Sales Support Officer you will:
Provide administrative support for all sales activities
Complete branch administration tasks including banking purchasing reconciling and reporting
Crosssell Elders product lines to clients identifying opportunities to expand services and enhance customer relationships
Manage and respond to client queries in a timely manner or refer to specialised staff where necessary
Maintain accurate records of funds receipted follow up with clients regarding term deposits and work towards achieving branch deposit targets
Maximise promotional opportunities including helping at field days and community events
About you
To succeed at Elders you have:
Previous administration experience within a fastpaced customer focussed environment
Sound knowledge of and an interest in the agricultural industry
Proficiency in the Microsoft suite with an ability to learn new systems
Strong attention to detail with strong communication skills written and verbally
Reliable transport and license
