Job Description
Position: ECommerce Coordinator
Location: Remote (Working Hours: Monday Friday 9 AM 5 PM EST)
Type: FullTime
Are you detailobsessed datasavvy and passionate about the world of ecommerce We re looking for an ECommerce Coordinator to join our growing team and help manage the daily operations of our online sales channels.
In this role youll support the account manager in ensuring top performance across major platforms like Amazon Walmart Lowe s and more. From uploading products and managing listings to tracking performance data and supporting promotional campaigns you ll play a vital part in keeping our online presence sharp accurate and up to date.
What You ll Do:

Maintain and support ecommerce accounts across platforms (Amazon Walmart Overstock etc.

Ensure all product listings pricing images and variations are accurate and optimized
-
Upload new products and ensure proper categorization and descriptions
-
Assist in managing inventory status promotional pricing and seasonal campaigns
-
Pull data generate performance spreadsheets and perform key calculations to track and improve sales performance

Support client communications and troubleshoot issues related to online orders or product discrepancies

Collaborate with internal and external teams to implement updates and ensure platform compliance
-
Conduct regular audits of listings and contribute ideas to improve product visibility and conversion
What We re Looking For:
-
1 2 years experience in an ECommerce Coordinator or similar ecommerce operations role
-
Handson experience uploading and managing products on Amazon (experience with Walmart Lowe s Target Houzz or Cymax is a plus)

Strong Excel proficiency for data manipulation reporting and analytics
-
Excellent English communication skills written and spoken (no translator apps please)

Detailoriented highly organized and able to multitask in a fastpaced environment

Comfortable working independently and proactively

Bachelor s degree preferred
Bonus Points For:

Experience with Amazon Seller Central or similar ecommerce platforms

Familiarity with product image optimization video content and listing variations

Background in inventory management or ecommerce data analysis

Previous experience working with commercial brands or home improvement retailers
