Your mission
- Be responsible for communicating with our customers in the aftersales phase (complaints) by telephone and CRM system (Salesforce). Youll also provide onsite support to customers with complaints at our showroom in Ochtrup
- Pursue a solutionoriented approach and ensure customer satisfaction
- Work with the customer and our logistics service providers to initiate returns and redeliveries of goods
- Maintain close contact with our logistics service providers and be available to answer their questions regarding deliveries
Your profile
- You should have completed a programme of education or training equipping you to work in a commercial or businessrelated role. However lateral entry may also be possible
- (Initial) professional experience in complaints management or customer care
- Very good written and spoken German; knowledge of foreign languages advantageous
- The ability to work in a team and with care and initiative. In addition to your communication skills you should show a strongly customer and serviceorientated approach and an ability to get things done
