Your mission
- Provide support for employees with application issues both onsite and remotely (at external locations)
- Administer the Windows network and software landscape
- Implement onboarding and offboarding processes for employee devices
- Document work steps and processes
- Install hardware and software
Your profile
- Good knowledge of the above IT areas
- Good knowledge of common hardware systems
- A strongly serviceoriented approach
- The ability to work independently proactively and in a structured manner
- Flexibility willingness to take responsibility and the ability to work in a team
- Good German skills
