We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and driven Junior Account Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role you will support client accounts assist in campaign execution and ensure exceptional service delivery. Responsibilities:
Assist in managing day-to-day communications with clients.
Support senior account managers in preparing reports proposals and presentations.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met.
Monitor project timelines and ensure timely deliverables.
Conduct market and competitor research to support strategy development.
Help maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field (or equivalent experience).
02 years of experience in account coordination client services or administrative roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
