These individuals provide strategic guidance and support across various industries.In legal specialties at PwC you will focus on legal support and advice across specific areas of law confirming compliance and mitigating legal risks for the organisation. Your work will involve a wide range of specific legal matters and collaborate with different teams to drive business objectives.
Your impact:
- Act as a legal consultant for our national and international clients on matters of business law (such as Company Law Contract Law M&A)andofbanking & financial market law (FinIA/FinSA Banking Act AML) as part of PwCslegalpractice in the Romandie.
- Work with the other members of the team and with specialists from other disciplines (such as tax consulting audit).
- Work as a generalist on a wide range of topics and with the possibility to specialize in specific topics.
- Provide clear pragmatic and relevant legal complianceand regulatoryadvice to internal and external clients.
- Work in a diverse international environment covering multiple service areas and industries individually as well as in your team
Your skill set:
- A Swiss University Degree in Law and you are a Swiss qualified AttorneyatLaw
- 13years of experience in business lawand/orbanking & financial market lawis a plus.
- Ambitious and dynamic you have a positive mindset and you are a good team player.
- Native French speaker and you are fluent in English. Knowledge of German is a plus.
- Clientand teamoriented mindset and take on responsibility for your projects.
