Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a Technical Support role
- Excellent technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Familiarity with software and hardware troubleshooting tools
- Knowledge of operating systems networking and security
- Customeroriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional support
- Certifications in relevant technical areas is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and support to clients via phone email and chat
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software hardware and networks
- Install configure and maintain computer hardware software systems networks printers and scanners
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues remotely or onsite
- Assist clients in setting up new systems and software applications
- Ensure timely resolution of technical problems to meet SLAs
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for further investigation
- Maintain accurate records of all technical support interactions
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and advancements in technology
