Core Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective customers via phone email text messaging and live chats responding to inquiries promptly and scheduling sales appointments.
  • Convert visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests and pairing them with a vehicle best suited for their lifestyle.
  • Perform professional vehicle demonstrations highlighting the latest technology and desirable vehicle features and coordinate test drives.
  • Stay uptodate on product inventory the latest vehicle technology and optional packages to enhance the vehicle ownership experience.
  • Assist customers with the completion of sales and financing paperwork.
  • Personally deliver sold vehicles to the customer ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
  • Logdaily sales lead activities in the CRM and follow up with customers who are not ready to make an appointment.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience working in a customercentric sales role isrequired; automotive sales experience ispreferred.
  • Sociable with a demonstrated ability to quickly build rapport with others demonstrating solid interpersonal skills both in person and over the phone.
  • The ability to think from the customers perspective to understand their concerns or objections and respond thoughtfully.
  • Outgoing selfconfident and driven to achieve goals.
  • Computer literacy and the ability to learn and apply new technologyis essential; experience working with CRMs is a plus!
  • Must have flexible availability to work various shifts.
  • A valid drivers license and clean driving record are required.
  • Must pass a preemployment background check and drug screening.

Hours and Work Environment:

We are open Monday Saturday 8AM 9PM. We are looking for candidates with flexible availability to work various shifts including Saturdays to meet business needs. This is an onsite position and requires working with customers in person and over the phone.
