Job Description & Summary
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
Degree in Law.
5 years of experience with inhouse legal department /consulting firms.
Proven practical knowledge in contractual commerce employment law.
Experience with personal data protection regulation according to Ukrainian law and GDPR and other compliance topics (AML antibribery etc..
Experience in implementing corporate changes (including/excluding new shareholders drafting MoM of general participants drafting PoA etc..
Knowledge of audit activity is a plus.
Excellent knowledge of English and Ukrainian.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Ability to lead and deliver on multiple simultaneous projects.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
