Job Description & Summary

Knowledge Skills and Experience:

  • Degree in Law.

  • 5 years of experience with inhouse legal department /consulting firms.

  • Proven practical knowledge in contractual commerce employment law.

  • Experience with personal data protection regulation according to Ukrainian law and GDPR and other compliance topics (AML antibribery etc..

  • Experience in implementing corporate changes (including/excluding new shareholders drafting MoM of general participants drafting PoA etc..

  • Knowledge of audit activity is a plus.

  • Excellent knowledge of English and Ukrainian.

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

  • Ability to lead and deliver on multiple simultaneous projects.

  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
