Fuel is seeking an experienced training instructor with a background in advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence and machine learning to work in McLean VA. The instructor will teach machine learning concepts and capabilities (software product) to a wide audience including executives; managers; analysts; technologists; and data scientists. The instructor should have experience developing curriculum and measuring learning. The goal of the training curriculum is to enhance the AIML acumen and appreciation and prepare the workforce for the future. Ideally this unicorn of an instructor would have: classroom experience curriculum development experience analytic or targeting systems/tools experience experience with machine learning capabilities. While the latter is desired the candidates capacity to learn about machine learning will suffice.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and manage all aspects of a multifaceted curriculum
Update training materials as needed
Recommend improvements to both training materials and software based on course feedback and observations
Develop ideas for new courses as appropriate
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
10 years of classroom instruction experience
5 years of curriculum development experience
Demonstrated knowledge of intelligence community foundation capabilities including analysis; targeting; collection and operations
Training intelligence community audiences in any or all of these disciplines
Very strong communication skills
Upbeat energetic confident personal presence
Top Secret with Polygraph clearance clearance required
EXTRA CREDIT FOR UNICORNLIKE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Exposure to and understanding of data science or hard sciences
