Job Description
The largest dealership in Grand Rapids is looking for an additional Automotive Detailer to join our thirteenthtime Dealer of the Year awardwinning organization. We offer a team environment great benefits career growth opportunities and ongoing support.

This position is onsite Monday Tuesday Thursday and Friday 10:00 am 6:15 pm) Wednesday 12 pm 8 pm) and a Saturday rotation 8 am 4:30 pm).
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- As an automotive detailer you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of our inventory/client vehicles and you will be operating buffers steamers vacuums wash hoses and other detailing equipment/cleaning agents.
- Vacuum shampoo steamclean carpets and upholstery.
- Clean and condition leather/vinyl surfaces.
- Clean windows mirrors and glass surfaces.
- Wash wax and polish vehicle exteriors to restore shine and protect the paint.
- Apply paint sealants ceramic coatings and protective treatments as needed.
- Inspect vehicles for dirt stains scratches dents and other imperfections.
- Identify and address areas that require special attention or repair(s).
- Keep detailed records of the work performed and the condition of each vehicle and document any additional services provided.
- Maintain and clean detailing equipment/tools after use and properly store them in their correct locations.
- Moving and parking vehicles to their correct delivery location.
- Other responsibilities may be assigned through continued employment.

DESIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Prefer prior automotive detailing experience.
- Attention to detail time management and organizational skills.
- Reliable trustworthy organized and efficient.
- Ability to operate an automobile with a valid drivers license.
- Must allow preemployment screenings background driving and drug test.
- Must be able to perform essential job functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation and comply with workplace health procedures as directed by the public health department.
LOCATION:
2525 28th St SE Grand Rapids MI 49512. We are near great lunch spots and shopping centers and 15 minutes from the heart of Grand Rapids.
