Trial Attorney
Career Consulting Partners has formed a partnership with a respected boutique firm in the San Fernando Valley. We are seeking an experienced Trial Attorney to join the team. This is not a highvolume law firm. The firm maintains a focused caseload of approximately 100 active litigation matters prioritizing quality over quantity. The owner is actively involved in every case and is seeking someone to share the litigation caseload in a fully collaborative partnership. Youll work sidebyside with the owner on strategy preparation and trial .
The ideal candidate is a confident courtroomready litigator with a passion for plaintiff advocacy. While extensive years of experience are not required you must have firstchaired at least 7 jury trials. Youll walk into an existing litigation caseload with full support and close collaboration from the owner. The firm is in a strong position for growth and this hire represents a critical step forward.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with the firms owner on the shared litigation caseload with the support of professional staff.
- Lead trial preparation and serve as the first chair in personal injury jury trials
- Handle discovery depositions motion practice court appearances and expert coordination
- Participate in mediation and settlement conferences
- Help drive case value through strategic litigation and trialreadiness
- Focus 100 on litigated matters no prelitigation involvement
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 7 10 years of Civil Litigation experience
- Minimum of 7 firstchair jury trials in personal injury required
- Active and in good standing with the California State Bar
- Strong trial skills and courtroom presence
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Excellent legal writing communication and case management skills
- Growthminded and eager to contribute to a highimpact practice
BENEFITS & COMPENSATION:
- Compensation: $190000 $220000
- Plus Additional Attorney Fee Structure
