Job Description
The candidate selected for this role will assume a pivotal role within an elite cadre of legal scholars and advocates. This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to high-stakes legal challenges and shape significant legal precedents. This position entails comprehensive involvement in every facet of the appellate process from petitioning for certiorari and merits briefing to preparing senior partners for oral argument before federal and state appellate courts including the Supreme Court of the United States. You will work on a diverse docket of complex appeals that span numerous industries and cutting-edge legal disciplines demanding the highest level of legal analysis and persuasive advocacy.
