Job Description
This role is essential in driving Unibees organic traffic strategy and increasing user acquisition through search.
As an SEO Specialist you will shape and execute our longterm organic growth strategy building the structure content and authority of our website.
Success in the short term means launching wellstructured content that starts ranking for relevant queries; longterm success is measured by steady growth in organic traffic improved user engagement and conversion rates from organic channels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies
- Create or edit content with the help of AI tools
- Collect and group keyword queries build site architecture and page structures
- Analyze traffic data positions and user behavior
- Optimize site structure and internal linking
- Plan and execute linkbuilding campaigns to priority pages
- Collaborate with the Content and Product teams for synergy
Requirements:
- Solid understanding of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
- Productthinking approach to understand user intent and decisionmaking
- Experience in semantic analysis and building logical site architectures
- Handson experience with tools like Ahrefs/Semrush GSC
- Ability to generate or edit content using AI tools
Nice to have:
- Previous experience with SaaS or B2B products
- Experience with analytics platforms (e.g. GA4 Hotjar)
- Understanding of technical SEO fundamentals
- Experience with backlink outreach strategies
