Budget & Forecast Maestro: Partner with the finance team to design and track
budgets and forecasts that keep us ahead of the curve. Your analysis will help
departments optimise their performance.
Cash Flow Conductor: Monitor our cash flow with a vigilant eye offering strategic
insights to keep our financial health in peak condition.
Process Innovator: Be the driving force behind modernising our accounting
processes. Use tech and automation to boost efficiency and uncover costsaving
opportunities.
Software Savant: Lead the migration to our new accounting software likely Zoho.
Your planning training and optimization skills will ensure the transition is smooth
and futureready.
Financial Systems Architect: Finetune our accounting software and tools to ensure
they’re running at maximum efficiency setting us up for success.
Team Leader & Mentor: Energise and guide our junior accounting staff fostering a
culture of continuous learning and growth. You’ll be the mentor they look up to as
they excel in their roles.
Collaboration Catalyst: Work seamlessly with other departments to ensure our
financial processes are integrated and smooth across the board.
AdHoc Maverick: Take on unique projects with boldness delivering inventive

What You Bring to the Table:
Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting Finance or a
related field that sets you up for success.
Experience & Expertise: 68 years of accounting experience including at least 2
years in a managerial role. Experience in a fastpaced or startup environment is a
strong advantage.
TechSavvy: Proficient in Tally and Zoho with advanced Excel skills is a must.
Familiarity with automation tools and financial analytics software is a big plus.
Leadership Prowess: A proven ability to lead and develop a team backed by strong
communication and interpersonal skills.
Sharp Analytical Mind: A knack for detail and accuracy coupled with sharp
analytical thinking that helps you identify and solve problems effectively.
Adaptability: You thrive in dynamic fastpaced environments managing multiple
priorities and meeting deadlines with ease.
