Make a Difference
Valet/Greeters are responsible for ensuring assigned entrances to the hospital are safe and inviting for patients visitors and staff. Greets and identifies any special needs; opens car doors to assist guests in and out of vehicles as necessary. Parks vehicles in designated valet spaces.
Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
Maintains excellent customer service with a sense of urgency.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Work with others as a team.
Controls the flow of vehicle traffic at the hospital entrance.
Helps guests load and unload belongings.
Assess and document any vehicle damage prior to taking possession of a vehicle for valet service.
Operate vehicles in accordance to valet service standards in a safe and professional manner.
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Must possess a valid Indiana drivers license with a clean and safe driving record which meets insurance criteria. Chauffeurs license preferred.
Patient/customer transport experience preferred.
Requires lifting carrying pushing and pulling of up to 50 lbs.
