Key Areas of the Program:
Sales Support:
- Assist with client inquiries and followups.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports.
- Support the development and of sales strategies.
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional service through various communication channels.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Strategic Project Consulting:
