Job Description
o Film/edit CEO / COO messages company updates and brand documentaries.
o Translate complex business concepts into accessible visual stories.
o Create short-form promotional videos highlighting services/products for websites social media and sales enablement.
o Cover corporate events (conferences product launches town halls) deliver highlight reels live snippets and recap films.
o Capture authentic moments for internal/external event marketing.
o Produce "Day in the Life" features culture spotlights and employee testimonials to enhance recruitment and retention.
o Develop internal content for onboarding training and recognition programs.
o Design animated messages (e.g. company values explainers data visualizations) using motion graphics.
o Combine live-action and animation with dynamic brand storytelling.
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor s degree in media & communications or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in corporate videography or agency production.
- Technical Skills:
o Cameras (e.g. Sony FX series Canon Cinema)
o Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro After Effects Audition)
o Lighting/sound for interviews & events
o Animation tools (e.g. Adobe Animate Cinema 4D)
