Overview of Position
Bridger is looking for an experienced Director of IT tooversee Bridgers entire corporate IT. This includes the planning implementation and maintenance of Bridgerscorporate IT infrastructure systems including onpremises and cloud Director of IT will be a team leader who is responsible for managing the ITteam working closely with other departments to align technology strategieswith business objectives and identifying technology needs to support companygrowth.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Lead development and implementation processes for the BridgersIT systems and department in alignment with organizational needs and goals.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth collaborationbetween IT and other systems including asset procurement and managementsoftware deployment employee enablement and security compliance.
- Identify and mitigate IT risks ensuring compliance withrelevant laws regulations and industry standards. Develop and implementsecurity policies data protection measures and disaster recovery plans.
- Analyze IT infrastructure and systems performance to assessoperating costs productivity levels upgrade requirements and other metricsand needs.
- Oversee systems administration and maintenance work acrossthe organizations IT systems.
- Facilitate IT security compliance reporting audits and investigations.
- Provide support to user departments in the operation andprocessing of ongoing business computer applications and services.
- Develop and maintains relationships with external ITvendors and service providers.
Requirements
Required qualifications:
- Successful oversight growing safeguarding and improving andgrowing organizations corporate IT needs.
- Bachelors degree in information technology informationsystems computer science or related field
- 6 years of relevant IT department/team managementexperience
- Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure includingnetworks servers databases and cybersecurity
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Project management expertise
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Budget planning and financial management skills
- Understanding of business operations and alignment with ITstrategies
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience deploying and managing corporate Microsoftsystems including Active Directory Domain Services Entra and Intune
- Experience with modern SIEM solutions for log aggregationand security monitoring
- Experience with SOC2 and ISO27001 compliance
- Experience managing hybrid (onprem/cloud) infrastructuredeployments

- This is a fulltime salaried position.
