What are we looking for
- We are appointing a Business Development Manager to continue building our distribution through aggregator partnerships in the third party channel. Your opportunity is to:
- Promote ORDEs vision and comprehensive products to mortgage brokers within Victoria.
- Execute an engagement strategy centred on exceptional service and benefit to brokers
- Utilise your credit acumen to identify origination opportunities within broker groups
- Evaluate relatively complex scenarios and proposals with detailed ability to develop solutions
- Leverage your direct support within the Relationship Management function to deliver market leading service and support to Brokers
- Collaborate with a can do Credit team highly experienced and determined to deliver specialist solutions
- Work closely with management to shape optimal service outcomes identifying system process and product improvements based on market feedback
- Work with high quality information in ORDEs CRM sales pipeline
