Burger Urge Windsor Venue Manager
Burger Urge (BU) has been making delicious and juicy burgers for 16 years! We believe in making burgers the way they should be. We use premium local ingredients for our delicious classic and ontrend recipes.
Burger Urge is a fastgrowing and dynamic restaurant chain with a passion for burgers. We are looking for an experienced and handson Venue Manager who is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and driving a positive workplace culture. We dont want a clipboard manager we want someone who is motivated hardworking and embraces change.
As our Venue Manager you will be responsible for leading a team of enthusiastic staff members and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. You will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant including managing inventory scheduling staff and maintaining our facilities.
The Role
- Managing daytoday operations including inventory management staffing and customer service
- Ensuring the restaurant is always clean tidy and wellmaintained
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with suppliers and partners
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and increase revenue
- Monitoring and analyzing sales and financial data to make informed business decisions
- Creating and maintaining a positive workplace culture that fosters teamwork and collaboration
- Recruiting training and developing team members to deliver exceptional customer service and meet business objectives
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies and procedures

What are we seeking
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- Proven experience in motivating and leading teams to deliver exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for driving change and continuous improvement
- Strong organizational and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fastpaced environment
- A handson and cando attitude
