What Youll Do
We are looking for NonFinancial Risk Managing Principal / Director to drive a variety of programmes within major Financial Institutions. As a Risk SME you will be expected to bring a clear understanding of the Operational Risk landscape to your role and work closely with stakeholders to drive good practice through risk transformation advisory and implementation.
You will be required to deliver clear and concise Client requirements and manage Client relationships to achieve outcomes. You should be comfortable defining and documenting business and risk processes and controls assessing risk frameworks making and presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders and ensuring regulatory compliance through the use of sound risk management tools and techniques.
In your Clientfacing role you will be an ambassador for Capco and are expected to help drive the continued growth of our Risk Practice by identifying future opportunities to expand our Risk footprint across the industry.
What Were Looking For
- Experience in Enterprise Risk Management or Operational Risk ideally within Financial Services
- A clear understanding of key risk regulations and regulatory trends within Financial Services
- A good understanding of the concept of end to end process and the ability to document and analyse processes and controls identify weaknesses and propose enhancements
- Lead teams people management building teams of consultants to support client opportunities and projected growth.
- Solution development showing a clear ability as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to enhance existing propositions and develop new ones. Develop and convert a pipeline of opportunities.
- Fulfil a key role in account and proposition development within Market Domains and Key Client Accounts assisting senior management to increase revenue.
- Formulate propositions and solutions that meet client requirements in addition to managing and directing pursuit activity.
- Strong bid management abilities with a proven ability to mentor and train Consultants.
- Drive thought leadership and client campaigns
- Build and maintain strong client relationships within the sector leveraging proven industry content and delivery capability.

- Ability to analyse a process or framework identify opportunities for improvement (e.g. risk reduction control effectiveness process efficiency)
- Risk and control testing assurance or remediation experience
- Ability to draft and review risk and associated policies and procedures
- Capability to run workshops and lead discussions with senior stakeholders
