The Marketing Department within BYD Europe is responsible for developing and implementing tailored marketing strategies specific to the European region and create comprehensive plans that resonate with the European target audience. Our team works collaboratively to optimize brand visibility increase market share and drive business growth within the European market.
Key Objectives & Responsibilities:
- Plan in line with business objectives and Global Marketing Strategic Guidelines.
- Plan and Lead of European Level Events conducting post event analysis to understand effectiveness of action and feed insights internally.
- Plan in line with business objectives and Global Marketing Strategic Guidelines.
- Plan and Lead of European Level Events conducting post event analysis to understand effectiveness of action and feed insights internally.
- Develop and manage regional advertising/digital campaigns across local market in conjunction with Dealers.
- Provide Digital assets for local market use supervise Dealer Marketing Plans and Monitor from Dealer Partners.
- Provide valuable inputs for the construction of the European Marketing Plan and monitor competitor activities.
- Develop and manage local advertising and PR campaigns in conjunction with appointed agency with the support of the PR Manager.
- Supervise relations with press media agencies in relation with the operational support of the PR Manager and ensure visibility of the brand and product stories.
- Collaborate with and support the European PR and Events team when planning activities in Local market in relation with the PR Manager.
- Be a brand Ambassador and work always with the Customer in mind.
- Actively engage Actively engage and Collaborate on any European event or activity as needed.
Your profile:
- 5 years of experience in roles related to Marketing management in commercial vehicle business;
- Strong interest in commercial vehicle and public transportation field;
- Excellent English language skills; other European languages will be considered as an advantage;
- Bachelors degree in Communication Journalism Public relations or Marketing;
- Able to multitask and handle various projects in different stages simultaneously;
- Flexible and able to adapt fast;
- Proactive and energetic communication style.
