What you will be doing:
- Support the Project Manager in achieving project goals.
- Research gather and organize project information ensuring its accessible on the network.
- Review and maintain project plans and specifications; prepare invoices handle filing and schedule meetings.
- Manage the submittal process review shop drawings and maintain submittal logs.
- Coordinate with architects engineers subcontractors and Project Superintendent.
- Assist in procuring materials and managing the RFI process.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain digital documentation for Project Closeout secure warranties and process change orders.
