Job Description
Position: EntryLevel International Customer Support Executive
Our client a leading global professional services company specializing in digital cloud and security solutions is in search of recent graduates with exceptional English communication skills to join their team in Mumbai Vikhroli. This role offers an excellent opportunity to launch your career in a dynamic and innovative work environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Actively sourcing recent graduates with exceptional English communication skills
- Handling international customer inquiries requests and grievances
- Willingness to work in rotational and night shifts
- Preference for immediate joiners for this contract position with the potential for transitioning to the clients payroll based on outstanding performance and business requirements
- 5day work week with a 2week off schedule
- Onsite work
Compensation
- CTC: 25000 INR per month
- Inhand: 20000 INR plus additional benefits
Note: Candidates residing in Mumbai city with access to pick and drop facilities will be given preference.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Graduates from any discipline with allyear mark sheets and degree certificate
- Exceptional English communication skills
- Ability to effectively handle customer inquiries requests and grievances
- Willingness to work in rotational and night shifts
- Immediate availability for joining
- Comfortable with onsite work
Benefits
Laptopand other assets will be provided by company

Companywill give both way cab facility.
