Job Overview
Solitaire Global Schools is seeking a dedicated Pre Primary Teacher for a fulltime seniorlevel position based in Hyderabad. With a minimum of 7 years and up to 10 years of relevant experience the ideal candidate will embrace our philosophy of thorough education complemented by a nurturing environment that supports each childs unique journey in learning.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must have a deep understanding of child development to support and foster a growthoriented learning environment (Mandatory skill).
- Proven experience in early childhood education essential for designing ageappropriate curriculum and activities.
- Excellent classroom management techniques to maintain a conducive learning atmosphere.
- Competence in lesson planning to effectively prepare and deliver educational activities tailored to childrens needs.
- Patience in abundance to cater to varied learning speeds and styles among young children.
- Creative ability to craft engaging learning experiences and solve teaching challenges innovatively.
- Strong communication skills for clear interaction with students parents and colleagues to support collaborative education.
- Empathy to understand and address the diverse emotional and academic needs of each child.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive education plans that nurture and challenge each childs learning potential.
- Monitor and document student progress adapting teaching methods to ensure all educational benchmarks are met.
