ManpowerGroup Greece on behalf ofclient an authorized car dealer is looking for an Accountant and Reporting Analyst.
Location: Athens Athens
You will be reporting to: Finance Director
Your daily activities will include and you will be familiar with:
- of all types of payments (suppliers tax/social security obligations payroll etc.
- Monitoring of collections and remittances
- Updating of the accounting system and reconciliation of bank transactions and credit cards with the accounting records
- Issuance recording and monitoring of checks
- Monitoring/management of cash flows and ensuring adequate liquidity for the Group
- Preparation of financial reports for management and other parties involved
- Recording of revenue expense and asset documentation
- Reconciliation & agreement of customersupplier balances fixed asset register and warehouse inventory
- Control and reconciliation of My Data
Requirements
What we are looking for:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 34 years of experience (ideally in an accounting department in the automotive industry)
- Familiarity with banking procedures and transactions
- Excellent knowledge of Excel at an advanced level
- Knowledge of the accounting software (ERP) IncadeaNavision will be considered an additional qualification
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Good knowledge of the English language.
