About the role

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Representative to join the Townsville team on a permanent fulltime basis. Joining a closeknit team providing the local community with Farm Supplies Livestock Real Estate and Insurance services you will provide clients with Real Estate sales and marketing support to achieve their sales and earnings targets.

Our Real Estate Sales Representatives drive listing and selling opportunities to expand our real estate business through building client relationships and proactive marketing. Your understanding of Real Estate Legislation and industry experience within the local area will assist you in building and maintaining these strong relationships. With the backing of the Elders network you will be supported to learn and grow your career.

A market competitive remuneration package is available with some flexibility in the structure depending on applicant experience and proven sales history.

Responsibilities

As a Real Estate Sales Representative you will:

• List market and sell properties

• Build and maintain client relationships to understand their current & future needs

• Participate in Branch business development programs

• Achieve targets for sales listings appraisals and vendorpaid advertising

• Ensure personal compliance with all professional standards and reporting requirements

• Work with the Elders team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunities

• Maximising promotional opportunities including helping at field days and community events

About you

To succeed at Elders you:

• Possess local real estate industry experience and associated influences

• Can appraise properties and identify positive aspects and potential of both rural and residential properties

• Hold a Real Estate licence and a current drivers licence (essential)

• Possess an understanding of Real Estate Legislation with a keen eye for detail

• Have excellent communication organizational negotiation and client relationship skills

• Area a team player who is enthusiastic energetic and highly organised with good time management skills
