Job Overview: We are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist (Female) for our Madipakkam location. This fulltime midlevel position requires 3 to 6 years of experience. The role focuses on driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills and play a key role in generating new business opportunities.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in inside sales or a related field with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

As an Inside Sales Representative you will be responsible for identifying potential customers building relationships and closing sales over the phone email and online platforms. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through research LinkedIn calls and online channels.
  • Sales Presentations: Present and promote services to prospective customers via phone email or virtual meetings.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales quotas and KPIs set by the company.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads contacts and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Market Feedback: Provide feedback to the management team about customer preferences and market trends.
  • Experience in selling RE services and Data services will be an added advantage

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in inside sales telemarketing or a related role.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Excellent negotiation and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
