Audit Compliance Accountant

The Audit Compliance Accountant is responsible for ensuring that the companys financial statements are accurate and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures as well as experience in auditing financial statements.
Responsibilities of the Audit Compliance Accountant include:
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements for accuracy and compliance with GAAP and other applicable regulations
- Performing audits of financial statements and internal controls
- Identifying and resolving accounting and reporting issues
- Auditing of inventory accounting records
- Communicating with management and external auditors regarding financial reporting matters
Qualifications for the Audit Compliance Accountant include:
- Bachelors degree in accounting or a related field
- 5 years of experience in auditing financial statements
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures
- Bilingual English/Spanish
