As Service Delivery Manager of our Data Analytics & Digitalization team in India youll bridge the gap between auditors and business needs through data-driven solutions.
You lead a team of approx. 10 associates in India providing data analytics support and digital services for our auditors worldwide.
This is an unique opportunity to leverage your business process expertise to transform our global audit processes through analytical tools.
You will partner closely with our German analytics team and internal auditors to shape the teams strategic direction and development.
In addition you will have an opportunity to provide solutions to local auditing needs and enhance regional footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
Audit Support: Manage data preparation and analytics support for different audit types (e.g. Continuous Auditing) including maintenance of analytics tools and infrastructure
Collaboration: Enhance collaboration with auditors the German analytics team as well as all stakeholders translating business requirements into analytic / digital solutions.
Leadership: Lead / support the team members in daily operations and develop the organization. Motivate and drive the team working culture.
Future Orientation: Identify and deliver new opportunities for data analytics and digital tools based on a deep understanding of business process challenges
Strategy & Implementation: Develop team strategy / competencies aligned with the department digital vision and drive its implementation
Qualifications :
Educational qualification:
Bachelors/masters degree in business administration Computer Science or related fields
Experience :
13 - 16 years of experience overall.
Mandatory/requires Skills :
Business Process Expertise:
5 years experience in business processes management (preferably in different domains or with digital background)
Experience in leading and developing of a diverse team (e.g. coaching project / competence management)
Exposure to audit processes and risk management as an advantage
Technical & Functional Expertise:
Strong understanding of Boschs commercial business processes (e.g. Accounting Purchasing Logistics Sales)
Knowledge of Boschs SAP landscape and experience with relevant SAP modules (e.g. SAP MM FI)
Experience in data analytics / data visualization tools and methods (e.g. Power BI Dashboards SQL)
Working knowledge in digital tools as an advantage (e.g. GenAI automation)
Personal & Leadership Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse audit teams and levels
Curiosity and interest for learning / applying of new digital solutions in auditing
Independent and structured working style with a problem-solving mindset
Enable the team to proactively drive results with the team and its stakeholders
Experience in development of employees skills and shaping the team
Preferred Skills:
Preference would be given to applicant who has strong BOSCH business process knowledge Technical & Functional expertise and Leadership skills.
Additional Information :
It is crucial for you to have Bosch experience and strong business process understanding as one needs to give process context and guidance to the (young) team and their tasks.
