Were a leading specialist in Civils and Drainage solutions and were looking for a motivated Internal Sales Person to join our high-performing team. As a key member of our internal sales team youll be the first point of contact for many of our valued customers. Your role will be pivotal in driving regional sales growth and ensuring our clients receive the highest standard of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships
  • Provide accurate and timely product and service information
  • Process enquiries and orders efficiently meeting customer deadlines
  • Conduct proactive outbound calls to existing and prospective clients
  • Support the external sales team with lead generation and account development

Qualifications :

Job Requirements

Essential:

  • Proven experience in a dedicated sales role ideally B2B
  • A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Confident professional telephone manner
  • High attention to detail especially when preparing quotes
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a target-driven environment
  • Proficient in standard computer applications (e.g. MS Office CRM systems)

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of civils drainage or construction products (advantageous but not essential as full and ongoing training will be provided)
